Theoretical Orientation

Lisa Lowry believes an evidence based practice yields the best results.  Therapeutic interventions are applied based on current research of “best practices”.  Lisa utilizes CBT and DBT, a strength based, results driven clinical orientation that is time-limited in nature.

She has been trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities and utilizes interventions strategically, as appropriate.  This is done with care and concern so that clients feel respected and nurtured.  Lisa has extensive experience in practicing from the following theoretical orientations and employing techniques below:
